It’s in our name and in our blood. From the beginning, Momentum realized that many businesses have excellent in-house marketing teams. However, many teams can still use additional ideas, expertise, or production support. Our consultation services allow you to use us as coaches and advisers or as a support staff for your in-house marketing team.
There are three ways we come alongside businesses and in-house marketing teams: as trainers, partners, or – if needed – as your agency of record.
Individual and Team Training
In a team training scenario, one or more members of your in-house marketing team will meet with one of us to dive deeper into digital advertising, search engine optimization, lead generation and tracking software or other digital marketing tactics and tools.
Training partnerships can be as short as a several hour marketing workshop or as long as intensive as multiple sessions per week or month until you have the knowledge you need to do it on your own.
We complement the talents and skills of in-house teams – companies with a small group of specialists, a few do-it-all generalists, or even the marketing department of one. For those who need more bandwidth and additional support, we come on board as an agency partner.
In an agency partner role, Momentum provides a focused set of digital marketing services you need. This could include social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, graphic design, website development assistance and more.
Full Service Marketing (Agency of Record)
Not every business is blessed with an in-house team. If that’s your situation, we’re happy to step up to the plate and bring in our digital marketing knowledge as well as our other skilled marketing partners who can assist with additional traditional marketing initiatives.
We’ll propose “good, better, best” strategy options for automated lead generation, mid-sales funnel PPC, gaining online reviews, and our foundation skills in SEO and content creation. You choose the level.
An Agency of Team Players
The first book we hand new employees at Momentum is Patrick Lencioni’s, “The Five Disfunctions of a Team.” It’s a book about communication. A book about having hard conversations, celebrating team victories, and correcting team shortcomings. We have a great team culture and can make that work to your advantage.
Teamwork matters to us because we’re not an isolated group, we often connect with other marketing and business teams across the region, state, and country. We share an office with TaigMarks, branding and PR. Another key partner is Moo Dog, our deep code developers in Canada.
