Heart City Health is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides a variety of healthcare services in Elkhart.

Even though Heart City Health has been in Elkhart since 1993, there was a gap in the community’s awareness and understanding of their brand and services.

We were tasked with improving the organization’s brand awareness and increasing their appointments across locations.

Since beginning with Heart City Health, we’ve more than doubled the organization’s organic traffic, and have earned them local rankings for a variety of services.

Social media posts and digital ads have also brought thousands of additional users to their website, and SharpSpring has given Heart City Health a new way of monitoring their leads and appointment bookings.

We run Heart City Health’s ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin to reach their patients and potential employees. Because a large part of their audience still listens to radio, we run some ads there, too.

SEO

In 2019, Heart City Health averaged around 1,000 sessions per month from organic traffic. Our SEO efforts helped boost this to nearly 3,300 monthly sessions from organic search.



Automation

Through SharpSpring, we direct appointment requests where they need to go and send automatic follow ups to patients. Additionally, Heart City Health can see how patients have engaged with their brand online over time.



Consulting

During a consulting session in 2020, we came up with the Heart Beat of the City fundraiser event, which has run consistently for the last 4 years.
