Shane Frost and the Decade of Digital Excellence at Momentum
In Elkhart, Shane Frost, along with his friend Clarence Thomas (not the Supreme Court Judge), founded Momentum. The digital marketing agency quickly became synonymous with innovation and expertise in the digital marketing sphere. Shane Frost, a visionary in the field, identified the shift towards online marketing early on while working in media and then at a local digital agency, leading to the birth of Momentum in 2014.
Getting Tuned Up
The agency made an immediate impact by setting a record for presale ticket sales for the Elkhart Jazz Festival, with 25% sold to out-of-town buyers. This early success demonstrated Shane Frost’s ability to leverage digital targeting effectively.
In 2015, Shane Frost furthered his expertise by studying LinkedIn marketing in Chicago. This enhanced his skills, which were pivotal as Momentum partnered with TaigMarks Marketing & PR. This partnership expanded both firms’ reach, securing major RV suppliers and broadening their client base. Shane Frost’s digital strategies were critical in building these new business opportunities.
2016 saw Shane Frost deepening his commitment to digital marketing, focusing on Google Ads and Facebook’s Blueprint for Business. His efforts earned him the status of a Facebook Partner. Under his leadership, Momentum’s team expanded, enhancing its capability to serve a growing clientele.
Shane Builds Momentum
The next two years were significant for Frost and Momentum as they undertook rebranding projects for local businesses such as ETHOS, with the help of his son, and the South Bend Area Realtors, with the help of a talented designer. The logos and branding elements Shane helped create are still in use today, evidencing the lasting impact of his work.
From 2019 onwards, Shane Frost’s strategies significantly boosted client engagements. Those include notable increases in website traffic for Auburn Gear, patient counts for Heart City Health, and expansion from two to five locations for TMT Automotive. These achievements underscored the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies implemented under Shane Frost’s guidance. He points to his team for the successes from that point on with Shelby Cook and Chelsea Moyer, graphic designer Cole Sanders, and his son Brody Frost.
It Takes a Team
2021 marked a new chapter for Shane Frost and Momentum as they moved into a new office on the Elkhart River, a testament to the agency’s growth and success. The following year, Shane named Shelby Cook as VP and partner, who brought additional dynamism to the leadership team, pushing Momentum to new heights. He also enlisted the help of a master web developer, Joe Calcagno, to round out the skills of the team.
Even in playful competition, such as the 2023 CrossRoad United Way’s Great Cardboard Boat Race where they clinched second place, Shane Frost’s trusted competitive spirit of Cook and Moyer – who carefully landed in second place (in that heat). It was also Marisol Reina’s first event as a marketer at Momentum.
By 2024, as Momentum commemorated its 10th anniversary, Shane Frost continued to lead a team, delivering exceptional results across a varied client portfolio, from local businesses to global corporations.
Throughout his career, Shane has achieved multiple Google Certifications in Search, Display, Video, and Analytics, achieving Google Partner status. He ensuring that his agency, Momentum, remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing trends.
