Problem: Planning a Fundraiser During a Pandemic
Non-profits have enough to think about without a national pandemic limiting their fundraising options. Not only did Heart City Health have to navigate the turmoil of normal non-profit life and pandemic life, they also had the additional strain of being a healthcare organization in the midst of an international health crisis.
But fundraising can’t stop when the world is on pause. So Heart City Health came to Momentum looking for options.
Solution: A COVID-safe Concert in Elkhart County
Yes, you read that right. Momentum Marketing Consultants worked alongside Heart City Health and Monster Message to create Heart Beat of the City, a COVID-safe concert with a live stream available at three drive-in locations along with access anywhere on the internet.
A small group of temperature-checked VIPs gathered in a socially-distant venue with a life stage of four musical acts.
Not only did Momentum come up with the idea, we also built a website, ran digital ads, and helped Heart City Health pick up sponsors for the event.
In the end, the fundraiser gained significant sponsors and awareness for Heart City Health, encouraging them to make Heart Beat of the City an annual event.
